TD ABS does not provide printed copies of the schedule. The interactive schedule, presentation handouts, speaker bios, registration information and more is easily accessible from your mobile device! If you prefer a printed copy, please print out the schedule to bring with you. The Registration Desk will also have a printed copy on hand to view.
As you have Pre-Registered, registration materials (including name badge, etc.) will be available at the Pre-Registration AREA located at the Hotel Estelar Convention Center, 8 floor entrance to the Cartagena Auditorium.

PRE-REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received by August 1, 2020. A 50% refund will be given if written notice is received.
Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org by the August 1, 2020 deadline.
TD ABS will provide letters of invitation upon request to registrants only in the following circumstance:
- Registration is paid in full.
Depending on your nationality and the country in which the congress is being held, you may be required to obtain a visa in order to attend. Please contact the country embassy / consulate closest to your place of residence to verify the full requirements concerning visas.
You may apply for:
- a Tourist Visa
- or a Business Visa
We strongly suggest that you apply for a simple Tourist Visa, as applying for a Business Visa requires a number of supporting documents.
If, however, you wish to apply for a Business Visa, we can send you an Invitation Letter. You may also be required to provide additional supporting documents such as a hotel reservation. TD ABS MEETING is unable to provide you with any additional supporting documents; these are your responsibility.
To obtain your Invitation Letter please follow the process outlined below.
- Register for the congress at least 4 MONTHS in advance (the delay for obtaining a visa varies according to the country).
- Once your registration has been processed, we will your Invitation Letter by email within three working days.
Please note that children under 18 are not allowed in The TD ABS Marketplace (Exhibits) at any time. Additionally, no one under 21 is allowed at the final Celebration. We thank you for your cooperation.
The TD ABS policy requires Faculty to provide at the beginning of their presentations, both orally and on their first slide, detailed disclosures of any health care related relationships and/or real or apparent conflicts of interest relating to the educational topic. Faculty are also required to disclose off-label/unapproved uses of drugs or devices mentioned during their presentations or during the question and answer periods.
Attendees providing comments or asking questions during presentations are also required to disclose all commercial interests.
